Job summary

You will lead recruitment efforts, advise hiring managers on strategies and timelines, and partner with agencies for specialist placements. Ideal candidates hold a degree in HR or related fields, have 3+ years in banking recruitment, understand employment law, and are

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities
