Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Associate for a fast-growing China-based bank in Hong Kong. The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience, fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred), and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates with IANG visa are welcome.

Responsibilities include supporting pay and performance management, policy review, data analysis, and HR operations support. Strong teamwork and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree holders with 1–2 years working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Proactive, detail-minded with strong team orientation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is required.

Responsibilities

• Support pay and performance management and C&B provisions
• Review HR policies, procedures and guidelines
• Perform data analysis and compile periodic reports and PPT presentations
• Support day-to-day HR operations, track staff movement, attrition rate and trends
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
