Qualifications
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources or business administration.
Excellent communication, presentation, proposal, and report writing capabilities.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other graphic editing software is preferred.
Responsibilities
Enhance and review the learning and talent development framework.
Manage leadership and talent development projects for succession planning.
Develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
Source and collaborate with external learning vendors.
Act as a talent management partner for the corporate banking department.
Stay updated with leadership and change development trends.
Manage training administration including records and coordination.
Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
