Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting seeks a Training Manager for Talent Development in the banking sector. You will lead the learning and development framework, drive leadership pipelines, and manage end-to-end talent projects across Hong Kong and the ASEAN region.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in HR, psychology, public relations, or communications preferred.
Experience in leadership development and culture-change initiatives preferred.
Solid L&D experience with regional responsibilities preferred.
Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Enhance and review the learning and talent development framework to ensure robust leadership pipelines.
Manage leadership and talent development projects for succession planning in HK and ASEAN.
Develop and implement bank-wide organizational development initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with universities and external vendors to source learning resources.
