Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced L&D professional to review and enhance the learning framework across Hong Kong and the ASEAN region. You will partner with banking teams to deliver targeted development programs and ensure regulatory compliance through CPD initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills, with fluency in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus, and Photoshop familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, psychology, public relations or communications.
• 4-5 years' L&D experience in banking, financial sector or large Mainland firms.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance learning and talent development framework aligned with strategy.
• Manage end-to-end L&D projects for HK and ASEAN region.
• Partner with Personal Banking and Corporate Banking for learning solutions.
• Implement Enhanced Competency Framework driven by HKMA.
• Oversee CPD/training for intermediaries to meet regulatory requirements.
