Job summary

PCCW Global, a leading telecommunications provider, is hiring a Senior Manager for Console Connect, a Software Defined Interconnection platform. The role focuses on securing new wholesale mobility business and strengthening existing client relationships across regional and global markets.

You will lead commercial negotiations, oversee account management, and deliver market intelligence to shape strategic planning for mobility services. Mandarin, English and Cantonese are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial role within telecom and 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed network services across wholesale and retail domains.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin, English and Cantonese; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new mobility wholesale business opportunities across regional and global markets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and explore new commercial opportunities.
• Lead the formulation, negotiation, and closure of commercial offers and contractual agreements with wholesale customers.
• Oversee day-to-day account management activities, including handling customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, late payment issues, and coordination.
• Provide timely market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic planning and mobility portfolio development.
• Prepare regular and adhoc management reports covering financial performance, pipeline status, and project progress
