PCCW Global seeks a Senior Manager, Wholesale & International Mobility Services in Hong Kong to identify and secure mobility wholesale opportunities across regional and global markets, while strengthening relationships with customers.

You will lead negotiations, oversee account management, and provide market insights to shape strategy and portfolio development. Strong communication and regulatory awareness are essential.

Formación

• University degree or higher diploma in a related discipline.
• Extensive telecommunications sector experience preferred.
• Strong commercial and technical mobility services knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new mobility wholesale business opportunities across regional and global markets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and explore new commercial opportunities.
• Lead the formulation, negotiation, and closure of commercial offers and contractual agreements with wholesale customers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day account management activities, including handling customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, late‑payment issues, and operational coordination.
• Provide timely market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic planning and the development of the mobility wholesale portfolio.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc management reports covering financial performance, pipeline status, and project progress.

Senior Manager, Wholesale & International Business – Mobility Services

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new mobility wholesale business opportunities across regional and global markets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and explore new commercial opportunities.
• Lead the formulation, negotiation, and closure of commercial offers and contractual agreements with wholesale customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• University degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial role within the telecommunications sector and 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant Vice President level.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed network services across wholesale and retail domains, including telecom regulatory frameworks and interconnection practices.
• Deep commercial and technical expertise in mobility services such as, IMSI profile Wholesale, IoT, IPX, 5G SA, A2P SMS, and other mobile value‑added services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including external partners and internal business and technical teams, and to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven capability to monitor global industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain competitive advantage.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customers, internal teams, and vendors effectively.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
