Job summary

PCCW Global is seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to join our Hong Kong team to bridge customer needs with PCCW’s portfolio of products and services. You will collaborate with regional sales and technical experts to design and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions for Asia’s dynamic enterprises.

You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into scalable designs, delivering tailored presentations, and supporting large international RFIs and RFPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Telecom/Networking/ISP or System Integration environments.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong network/telecom solution design experience including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPLS, and Layer-1 IPLC.
• Proven ability to support large international RFps/RFPs.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solution owner for customers, collaborating with sales and technical teams (internal and external).
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs.
• Deliver tailored, professional presentations that clearly articulate value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop structured responses to RFIs and RFPs, showcasing technical expertise and business value.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen solution offerings.
• Provide cross-functional and cross-regional presales support across Enterprise and Wholesale engagements.
• Collaborate with the Bid team to craft formal RFP responses for projects
