PCCW Global Limited is seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Assistant Vice President, International Business. You will drive roaming programs, oversee operations, and steer cross-border partnerships to fuel international growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, telecommunications or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in telecoms, Voice, Roaming and Carrier Business.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international roaming and business projects, including implementation of new services and market expansion.
• Oversee daily roaming operations: network capacity planning, provisioning, events management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of international initiatives.
• Monitor global industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other functions to support roaming commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders; address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at global industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and form strategic alliances.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
