Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 4–5 years of solid Learning & Development experience in multinational or regional HQ environments.
• Proven experience designing, implementing and managing learning and talent development programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and managing internal trainer networks is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
• Partner with headquarters and regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop and implement customized learning interventions via digital and instructor-led platforms.
• Administer and enhance the global LMS to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Review talent development frameworks and learning practices to align with global standards.
• Manage the internal trainer network and support leadership programmes.
• Monitor budgets and resources for cost-efficient programme delivery.
• Prepare management reports and learning analytics for strategic decisions.
• Participate in HR projects and ad hoc assignments.
