The role will lead global people development initiatives, partnering with headquarters and regional HR teams to enhance leadership capability, soft skills, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

They are seeking a proactive and passionate learning professional to join their Human Resources team. This role will drive people development initiatives across the organization, partnering with headquarters and global HR teams to enhance employee capabilities, leadership development, and knowledge-sharing practices.
Drive end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of soft skills, functional training, leadership development, and e-learning programmes
Partner with headquarters and regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver timely, business-focused development solutions
Develop and implement customized learning interventions through both digital and instructor-led platforms
Administer and continuously enhance the global learning management system (LMS) to improve user engagement and learning effectiveness
Review and strengthen talent development frameworks, policies, and learning practices to ensure alignment with corporate standards globally
Manage and develop the internal trainer community, supporting the delivery of leadership and talent development programmes
Monitor training budgets and resources to ensure effective and cost-efficient programme execution
Prepare management reports, learning analytics, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Participate in HR projects and undertake ad hoc assignments as required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 4-5 years of solid Learning & Development experience, preferably gained within multinational corporations or regional/headquarters HR environments
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing learning and talent development programmes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with keen attention to detail
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and regions
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Experience in developing and managing internal trainer networks will be an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
