Job summary

Besway Asia Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager (Learning and Development) in Hong Kong to drive end-to-end people development initiatives, including soft-skill and functional learning and the design of e-learning programs. You will collaborate with HQ and global HR teams to deliver impactful training solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D at regional or headquarters level, regional and corporate training experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in learning and development at headquarters or regional level.
• Regional and corporate training experiences are a must.
• Solid experience in designing, delivering, and administering learning programs and people development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end people development initiatives, including design, implementation, and evaluation of soft-skill, functional, and e-learning programs with HQ and global HR teams.
• Plan and execute just-in-time customized learning solutions (e-learning and face-to-face) to address organizational training needs.
• Manage and optimize the global e-learning platform to enhance engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.
