Qualifications

  • 8-9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development.
  • Proven success leading teams and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in program design, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, digital learning platforms, and modern learning technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead trainee and internship programs to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and long-term workforce planning.
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs across all levels, acting as program architect and trainer.
  • Incorporate AI tools and digital platforms to modernize learning delivery and enhance engagement.
  • Partner with the Talent Management Team to identify high-potential employees and design tailored development pathways.
  • Drive leadership readiness and succession planning through structured programs and coaching.
  • Define and implement the L&D strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data and analytics, recommending improvements to maximize impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices and emerging technologies into L&D strategy.
  • Build partnerships with senior management and external providers to meet business needs.
  • Lead and mentor the L&D team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Development
  • Lead the planning and execution of trainee and internship programs to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and long‑term workforce planning.
Program Design & Facilitation
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs across all levels, acting as both program architect and trainer.
  • Incorporate AI tools and digital platforms to modernize learning delivery and enhance engagement.
  • Partner with the Talent Management Team to identify high‑potential employees and design tailored development pathways.

Who is Our Right Fit
  • 8-9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing enterprise‑wide learning initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in program design, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Proven experience in leadership development and talent pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, digital learning platforms, and modern learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative leader with initiative, ownership, and passion for talent development.
