PCCW Global is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Development Manager in Hong Kong to design and drive the Leadership Pipeline and talent development strategy. You will serve as the Single Point of Contact for Group HR / Group L&D, ensuring effective implementation of leadership frameworks across business units.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of talent development / organizational development experience.
• Experience collaborating within multinational organizations.
• Familiar with leadership competency models and 360° assessment tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the Leadership Development Program blueprint aligned with strategy and performance data.
• Design HiPo identification and development processes including assessments and coaching.
• Serve as L&D liaison between Group HR and PCCW Global for framework implementation.
• Translate Leadership Framework into local business unit execution plans.
• Submit talent progress reports to Group HR and ensure policy alignment.
• Proactively analyze talent data to identify targeted development needs.
• Lead Jira tracking for team activities and budget/scope considerations.
• Oversee content approval for Leadership Program wiki pages and trainer profiles.
• Manage and coach junior team members and contribute to budget scenarios.
