Job summary

The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) invites applications for the position of Officer – Examinations Administration (Ref: SE/09/347). The appointee will support the Certification of Examination Results System rollout, consolidate user requirements, and revamp administrative workflows to ensure accurate examination operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in public sector.
• Proven IT project management, UAT and system implementation experience, and documentation management.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Knowledge of examination operation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and development of the Certification of Examination Results System by consolidating user requirements and revamping the administrative workflow.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests in line with defined system requirements and prepare user manuals and training materials.
• Provide support on planning and conduct of the HKDSE, including liaison with schools on examination logistics, operation and invigilation arrangements and other stakeholders (candidates, examination personnel and technicians).
