Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify and pursue opportunities in enterprise IT solutions, including AI-driven automation and RPA. You will engage with C-level executives to understand business needs and tailor compelling solutions, collaborating with pre-sales and partners to develop proposals and deliver presentations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in ICT sales/pre-sales, strong knowledge of IT solutions, and bilingual English/Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT, CS or related disciplines preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or pre-sales in ICT.
• Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions with consultative selling, esp. agentic automation.
• Experience in selling RPA, BPM, or workflow solutions is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, achievement-oriented, and eager to take on challenges.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for enterprise IT solutions (AI-driven automation, RPA, no-code, BPM, data capture).
• Engage with C-level executives and stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers, pre-sales, and partners to design proposals and deliver presentations.
• Provide support for POC and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide consultative insights.
• Drive customer success through proactive engagement and long-term relationships.
