Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify and pursue opportunities in enterprise IT solutions, including AI-driven automation and RPA. You will engage with C-level executives to understand business needs and tailor compelling solutions, collaborating with pre-sales and partners to develop proposals and deliver presentations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in ICT sales/pre-sales, strong knowledge of IT solutions, and bilingual English/Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT, CS or related disciplines preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or pre-sales in ICT.
• Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions with consultative selling, esp. agentic automation.
• Experience in selling RPA, BPM, or workflow solutions is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, achievement-oriented, and eager to take on challenges.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for enterprise solutions in digital transformation, including AI-driven automation, RPA, no-code platforms, BPM and data capturing
• Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored solutions aligned with strategic priorities
• Collaborate with account managers, pre-sales teams, and solution partners to design solutions, develop proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide professional advice and support for proof of concept (POC) and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights
• Drive customer success through proactive engagement and long-term relationship building

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines preferred
• 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably within the ICT industry
• Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation,
• Experience in selling RPA, BPM, or workflow solutions is an advantage
• Highly motivated, achievement-oriented, and eager to take on challenges
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• More experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant role

Securities Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
• Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
