Preface seeks an entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive & Engagement Manager to drive our AI Forward Deployment Engineering business in Hong Kong. You will own end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from strategic conversations with conglomerates to high-level discovery workshops and managing client expectations throughout delivery.

This hybrid role blends business development with advisory delivery, requiring fluency in business value language for senior executives and tech delivery language

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting (Big 4, Accenture, or boutique tech/strategy advisory) or enterprise B2B SaaS account management.
• Strong business acumen to articulate AI value to CFOs/COOs/HRDs.
• Proven track record of closing high-value services or software transformation deals.
• Ability to map current vs. desired processes and define operational states.
• Adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Target enterprise accounts in Hong Kong, engaging C-suite leaders across key sectors.
• Lead high-value deals with complex sales cycles and scoping for AI transformation pods.
• Draft SOWs with solutions architects, facilitate workshops, and model ROI for clients.
