Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. seeks a/Desktop Engineer to provide on-site support for a bank, resolving OS, Office and AV issues, managing AD accounts, and assisting with relocations. You will handle network, Wi‑Fi and device configurations, and maintain asset inventory.

要求至少3年相关经验，精通 O365/M365、Outlook、Windows/macOS、MDM、Active Directory、票务系统，具备良好粤语、英语和普通话沟通能力。

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant roles.
• Solid experience with O365/M365, Outlook, Windows/macOS, MDM, mobile devices, Active Directory, ticketing systems.
• Experience with large IT projects is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Provide on-site desktop services (incident & request).
• Resolve technical issues of desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, mobile device support, MobileIron, Goggle Apps etc.
• Manage user account through active directory.
• Perform conference/meeting room setup (Teams/Zoom) and AV support.
• Assist with network connectivity issue, i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output, network printing.
• Reconfigure PC hardware, printers, and software for office relocations.
• Maintain asset inventory and track equipment.

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant roles.
• Solid experience with O365/M365, Outlook, windows/MacOS, MDM, mobile devices, Active Directory, ticketing system (e,g, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy), Wi-Fi, TCP/IP.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Experience with large-scale IT projects is a plus.
