Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited in Hong Kong is hiring a Desktop Services Engineer to maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with a focus on productivity tools and connectivity. • Maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, connectivity issues, printer setup, peripheral devices, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft workplace technologies, including M365 and O365 platforms (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Document support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Resolve ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 year experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant support role.
• Hands-on experience in supporting Outlook, O365/M365, mobile devices, Active Directory, Teams/Zoom/VooV, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP etc.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, OpenText SMAX etc.).
• Well communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
