• Provide first level Microsoft office, O365, business productivity tools and support.
• Conference setup MS Teams, Zoom.
• Provide first-level daily support on both network, desktop hardware & software problem.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users.
• Installation of new Printer, PC hardware and software.
• Provide VPN client, mobile device and network access support.
• Provide PC building for new joiners or new PC- via SCCM.
• Familiar in Office 365 support, authentication.
• Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.

• Diploma or above on IT.
• 2 years of relevant support experience.
• Good Problem Diagnosis skill.
• Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects.
• Effective communication and good people skill.
