Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Deskside Support Engineer based in Hong Kong. This role involves providing on-site and remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and assisting with conference room setups and AV support.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Information Technology or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in deskside or helpdesk roles. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk, or relevant roles.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of desktop, laptop hardware/software issues.

Senior Deskside Support Engineer

• Provide technical support (on-site and remote) for end user and office IT environment.
• Resolve issues of desktop, laptop (Windows/MacOS), hardware and software, and peripheral.
• Manage user account through Active Directory.
• Assist with conference/meeting room setup (Teams/Zoom) and AV support.
• Maintain asset inventory and track equipment.
• Coordinate with internal IT team or external vendor as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant roles.
• Experienced with O365/M365, Outlook, Windows/MacOS, MDM, mobile devices, Active Directory, ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow), Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
