Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society seeks an IT support specialist to deliver deskside and remote assistance for hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will install and maintain desktop OS, software, and peripherals, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth service delivery. Relevant ITIL knowledge and bilingual abilities in English and Chinese are preferred.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, with deskside or end-user computing focus preferred.
• Experience in SCCM and using a ticketing system is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based processes is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users for hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop operating systems, software and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain the tracking and inventory of IT equipment.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
