Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an IT Support Specialist/Manager in Hong Kong to monitor system health, manage incidents, and support a global technology environment. The role requires cross-functional coordination, SME knowledge of business applications, and after-hours support for critical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in a Service Desk, strong MS Office and Windows OS skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Competitive remuneration and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a Service Desk environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS; Mac OS knowledge desirable.
• Familiar with Active Directory and Exchange/Outlook in Office 365.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT system health, network performance, and security controls.
• Provide after-hours support for high-priority issues with critical business applications.
• Coordinate outages and root-cause analysis between infra and development teams.
• Develop knowledge base articles for end-users and IT processes.
