Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Deskside Support Engineer based in Hong Kong. This role involves providing on-site and remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and assisting with conference room setups and AV support.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Information Technology or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in deskside or helpdesk roles. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk, or relevant roles.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of desktop, laptop hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (on-site and remote) for end users.
• Resolve desktop and laptop issues for hardware and software.
• Assist with conference/meeting room setup and AV support.
