Job summary

Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited is seeking a dedicated Deskside Support Engineer to deliver onsite end-user support for PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices in Hong Kong. The role includes incident handling, service requests, patch management, and daily desktop operations, with SCCM expertise essential for software deployment, OS image management, and endpoint administration.

Fluent English communication is required; Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT, CS, IS or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Deskside/ Desktop / EUC support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good spoken and written English; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, notebooks and mobile devices.
• Handle incidents, service requests, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows OS patching and software deployment.
• Oversee SCCM activities: create deployment packages and task sequences.
• Maintain asset management records and SOPs.
