Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Branch Operations & Service Manager (Checker Function) to oversee checker and authorization duties for daily retail banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AML guidelines.

The role includes reviewing account openings, maintenance requests, fund transfers, and supporting branch operations, while guiding frontline staff to maintain high service standards and effective controls.

Mansioni

• Perform checker and authorization duties for daily retail banking transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established operational procedures.
• Review and verify account opening documentation, account maintenance requests, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Support daily branch operations and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor operational controls and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and AML guidelines.
• Identify and elevate operational discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks to the appropriate management level.
• Provide guidance and support to frontline branch staff regarding operational procedures and transaction processing.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, service-related issues, and operational exceptions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, transaction reports, and relevant documentation.
• Support branch management in maintaining high service standards and effective operational risk controls.
