Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality service to customers.

The successful candidate will have a university degree, at least 8 years of branch operations experience including 3 years in supervisory roles, and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• University graduate
• Minimum 8 years of experience in branch operations, of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
• IIQAS and HKSI qualifications
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Counter Service Manager/ Officer
