Job summary

Sky Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist for a long-term contract in Hong Kong. You will troubleshoot desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals, perform smart hands at client sites, and ensure hardware warranties and security compliance remain intact.

2–5 years’ field support experience, basic LAN/WAN knowledge, and experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/ Remedy). Familiarity with MDM, VDI, SCCM/LANDesk/Altiris, Skype for Business and OneDrive is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support with hardware/software/OS troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience installing and fixing desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN setups and smart hand activities at sites.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Desk-side support and PC break/fix including Windows OS administration.
• Experience with anti-spyware/anti-virus software.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and RDP.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side IT support for desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and OS issues without impacting warranties or security requirements.
• Perform smart hands at client sites and assist with network/PC configurations.
• Utilize ticketing tools (ServiceNow/ Remedy) to log and track incidents.
• Support mobile device management (AirWatch/XenMobile/MobileIron) and basic VDI tasks.
• Assist with SCCM/LANDesk/Altiris, Skype for Business and OneDrive support.
