Job summary

BAH Partners is seeking a capable IT support specialist in Hong Kong to provide L2/L3 assistance across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure. The role requires strong English communication, solid hardware/software knowledge, and a proactive attitude to streamline user experiences.

You will diagnose issues, install and maintain systems, and collaborate with teammates and vendors to deliver effective solutions. Prior corporate IT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in desktop support or related IT role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware/software, including operating systems (Windows/Mac), O365 Suite, and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking and security-related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Assist in the setup of new IT equipment.
