Job summary

nahc.io is seeking a proactive Account Manager to bridge software solutions with client needs across Hong Kong and overseas markets. You will combine account management with software consultancy to understand client challenges, propose tailored technology solutions, and deliver interactive demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in related roles, a solid technical background, and fluency in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a strong advantage and a passion for AI tools is welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Account Management or Technical Consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Marketing or related field
• Strong ability to quickly grasp new technologies and AI tools
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for B2B clients, identifying opportunities for technical solutions.
• Demonstrate and translate client requirements into software or digital solutions.
• Lead product and prototype demos using AI-generated mock-ups and agents.
• Stay updated on new technologies to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasible, aligned solutions.
