Job summary

Inspire Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a business-oriented AI professional for our Hong Kong market.

The role focuses on understanding clients’ industries and business problems, translating insights into scalable AI solutions, and delivering through client engagements without heavy emphasis on model development. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with Hong Kong Government and financial services sectors, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Strong industry or business domain experience and ability to translate business problems into AI use cases.
• Excellent ability to articulate business objectives, processes and KPIs.
• Proven capability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Demonstrated project delivery and stakeholder management across complex initiatives.
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of value creation for clients.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; able to communicate with Hong Kong clients.
• Experience with Hong Kong Government, financial services, banking, insurance, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
• Understanding of AI capabilities including LLMs, AI platforms, RAG, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and knowledge management is a plus.
• Ability to assess AI limitations and apply AI responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clients’ business models and objectives.
• Translate business problems into actionable AI use cases and design AI-powered solutions.
• Lead PoCs and pilot projects; drive value realization toward production.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal engineering, product, platform, and data groups.
• Bridge business and technology, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and guide complex initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
