Role Description The AI Sales Talent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong. The individual in this role will identify and qualify potential customers for AI and IT solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored proposals to address client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and collaborating with technical teams to design suitable AI solution packages. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing post-sales support in coordination with customer service colleagues, and gathering feedback to inform future product and training improvements. The AI Sales Talent will also participate in sales meetings, attend industry events, and contribute to sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and maintain professional client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals for AI and IT solutions.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as delivering product briefings, user education sessions, and internal knowledge sharing on AI offerings.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of AI and IT solution sales, including basic technical literacy in AI technologies, system integration, and enterprise IT environments.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in B2B technology sales, especially in Hong Kong.
• Ability to work independently on-site, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with technical and operations teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial for working with local and regional clients.
