Functional Title: HR & Administrative Officer
Administration Officer (Ref.: C2i-140-Admin) to commence as soon as possible, on a one or two-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of solid experience, preferably with a strong focus on HR administration and document management.
- Strong logical mindset and common sense: Ability to connect the dots, anticipate issues before they arise, and handle daily operations with minimal micromanagement.
- High level of ownership: A highly responsible individual who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and follows tasks through to completion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). An IELTS overall band score of 6.0, or equivalent, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of HR documentation and related administrative processes, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related administrative inquiries and onboarding/offboarding logistics.
- Perform general office duties, including preparing business correspondence, managing records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate basic logistical arrangements for office supplies and equipment.
- Provide light, secondary support for general administration or accounting matters as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or the Centre Manager.
