The Centre for Immunology and Infection (C2i) uses novel technology platforms for biomarker discovery and the development of new vaccine and therapeutic strategies.
It is the fruit of a long-standing partnership of more than 20 years between the LKS Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong (HKUMed) and the Institut Pasteur, Paris, two major international leaders combining their expertise to establish this centre of excellence.

Administration Officer (Ref.: C2i-140-Admin)
Functional Title: HR & Administrative Officer
Applications are invited for the position of Administration Officer (Ref.: C2i-140-Admin), to commence as soon as possible, on a one or two-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of solid experience, preferably with a strong focus on HR administration and document management.
Strong logical mindset and common sense: Ability to connect the dots, anticipate issues before they arise, and handle daily operations with minimal micromanagement.
High level of ownership: A highly responsible individual who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and follows tasks through to completion.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). An IELTS overall band score of 6.0, or equivalent, is preferred.
Take ownership of HR documentation and related administrative processes, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related administrative inquiries and onboarding/offboarding logistics.
Perform general office duties, including preparing business correspondence, managing records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate basic logistical arrangements for office supplies and equipment.
Provide light, secondary support for general administration or accounting matters as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or the Centre Manager.
