Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a results-driven IT sales professional in Hong Kong to drive new business opportunities within designated industries. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and delivery coordination with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, market analysis, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling proposals, with fluency in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in IT sales or account management.
• Experience in public sector or ICT industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities within designated industries for new customer acquisition.
• Manage full selling cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiations.
• Review and analyze market situation to prepare business cases and collect customer requirements for proposals.
• Oversee strategic initiatives related to business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for service delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in IT sales or account management, previous experience in public sector or ICT industry would be an advantage;


• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills;


• Good attention to details, communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills;


• Preferred technical background in networking / Infrastructure / Cyber Security / AI / Cloud Computing or ICT related;


• Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese and English
