- Supervise and coordinate groundworks operatives and subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Site/Project Manager
- Assist with problem-solving and provide technical guidance where required
- Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and daily diaries
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor (or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations, and concrete works
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- First Aid qualification (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Immediate start available
