Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the site's Engineering Team on site and deliver effective engineering support and maintenance.
• On-site engineering operations management in line with KPI and budgetary targets.
• Prevent breakdowns by ensuring proactive maintenance and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications to support the role (mechanical/electrical/control skills); electrical bias with control skills and preferable networking skills.
• Experience in a high speed/volume manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Able to manage an engineering team on site and an efficient engineering operation on site in line with KPI and budgetary targets.
