A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Data Analyst for a 15-month FTC. You'll provide data analytics support, develop insightful reports, and ensure optimal use of HR systems. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Systems & Data Analyst to join our team on a 15-month FTC to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in providing data analytics support, developing insightful reports, and ensuring the optimal use of HR systems within AXA. You will support strategic decisions through data-driven insights, contribute to the HR systems roadmap, and help maximize system efficiency and automation.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
