Fusion exists so that every student has the opportunity to find hope in Jesus and home in the local church during their time at university. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about student mission, a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to leaders. Given the dynamic nature of Fusion, we require the successful applicant to have a flexible attitude and remain consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. This role will receive coaching support from the EA to the National Team Leader to engage with existing SLT activity.
