Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all

You don’t need previous experience to succeed — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training and tools you need.

You’ll shine if you have:

• A genuine love for coffee and people
• A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence to lead by example
• The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro
