Overview

GSL Education are recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth, where some students present with additional SEN needs. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, providing classroom supervision and ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide additional support for pupils, including those with SEN needs.
• Ensure that lesson objectives are achieved and learning is supported.
