Salary: £51,356 - £54,495

Hours: 37 – Full time

Role

We are looking to recruit to a number of Team Manager positions for our Community Wellbeing teams within Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team that is effective and efficient, empowers and involves individuals and local communities, and leads staff with confidence and competence, promoting social work values and best practice principles in leadership.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for staff and build on strengths while challenging weaknesses.
  • Ensure statutory responsibilities are met while contributing to local networks and community development to embed a strengths-based approach.
  • Lead by example as a strong decision maker and manage staff, budgets and resources.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Social Work England registration as a qualified social worker and proven managerial experience in this area.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams within Adult Social Care.
