Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Salary: £13.95 - 14.40 per hour
Hours: 40 per week (flexible hours to suit; additional hours may be required for travel)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations across multiple office and factory sites. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved, and providing hands-on support when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.

  • Ensure cleaning is completed to a high standard and meets client expectations.

  • Carry out quality audits and report findings.

  • Cover staff absences, including hands-on cleaning when required.

  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.

  • Report any maintenance or health & safety issues.

  • Maintain organised stock levels and arrange replenishment as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Travel between sites, which may include journeys of up to a couple of hours each way, ensuring punctual arrival for scheduled work.

Requirements
  • Previous cleaning or facilities maintenance experience preferred (not essential).

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  • Good communication skills and customer service focus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends (overtime available).

  • Must be aged 21+ (for insurance purposes).

  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.

Additional Information
  • Travel time: up to 30 minutes each way is not paid; beyond this, travel is paid.

  • Lunch break is paid.

  • Flexible hours to suit business needs.

  • All necessary equipment and materials supplied.
