Job summary
A luxury retail brand is seeking a Rituals Expert in Ellesmere Port to join the in-store management team. You will mentor Rituals Advisors and ensure an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail or hospitality and possesses strong decision-making skills. This role offers a chance to expand your professional skill set in luxury retail.

Responsibilities
- Be part of in-store management team.
- Listen to customers' needs and mentor Rituals Advisors.
- Interact directly with customers to ensure optimal experience.
- Work alongside Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with ambitions of expanding your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics!
You’ll be working alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach your personal goals and goals for your store. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and you’ll mentor and support Rituals Advisors.

In addition, as Rituals Expert, you are professional and excited about our brand and know how to share that excitement with your team members and our customers!
On top of that, you have:
