Job Role: Electrical Supervisor

Location: HMP Whitemoor - Longhill Rd, March PE15 0PR

Salary: Up to £45,303.07 + 5% shift Allowance

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Whitemoor, a High Security Adult/Male prison. Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues – we work Monday to Friday/Sunday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment. As an Electrical Supervisor you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues from various trades to help maintain a safe and secure environment for all.

Qualifications
  • Five years' experience as an electrician or equivalent
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical, building services
  • Experience of supervising staff
  • Full driving licence preferably with D1
  • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
  • Certificate in BS7671 – The Requirements for Electrical Installations
  • Knowledge of 17th or 18th Edition of relevant regulations
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills
