We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female team leader to oversee care delivery, within our female-only service. This role involves leading a small team of support workers and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for a female customer, (let's call them X) to help them reach their full potential.

What you’ll do
  • You’ll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation.
  • You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their day-to-day living. You’ll work in a person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed way, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.
  • You’ll be in regular contact with your manager updating, escalating and reporting on all aspects of the service delivery.
  • You’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing complex support working with customers who display behaviours of concern and may require personal care working alongside Home Group’s local multi-disciplinary team.
  • Motivating, directing, guiding, coaching and supporting your team to work with our customers.

You have
  • Experience in CQC Regulated services, a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent or prepared to work towards it.
  • A patient and calm approach, able to adapt your style to X's needs, as well as to the specific occasion and circumstances, even when they challenge us.
  • Experience of positive risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge and experience of PEG feeding and PEG feed management.
  • Experience of supporting individuals with epilepsy.
  • Leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
  • Ablility to use technology to update create and update support plans, communicate with colleagues and complete online learning.
  • We’ll make sure you have a fantastic induction with ongoing learning and support.

You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

Starting date – January 2026
