My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for work on a Commercial Project in Catterick.

This is working for a well-established civil engineering firm.

Their work is varied and includes Structures, Drainage, External Works, etc.

Open to Freelance, Perm, or Temp-Perm contracts.

1. Day to day management of site and operatives.
2. Ensuring health and safety is adhered to.
3. The Site Manager will be required to monitor progress of job against programme, ensuring relevant paperwork is up to date including risk assessments and method statements.
4. Ordering of materials and plant.
5. Monitoring and tracking costs.
6. Liaising with clients, contractors, and employees on a daily basis.
7. Reporting directly into the contracts manager on a regular basis.

1. SMSTS.
2. Previous experience working as a Site Manager on Civil Projects and be able to provide references to validate this.
3. Proof of right to work documents.
4. First aid.
5. Engineering background is highly desired.
