Position Summary

Due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager covering our clients' new build housing developments in Boston. This position is to start on Monday 10th November and is an ongoing position, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the effective management of residential developments, ensuring high‑quality new homes are produced on programme.
  • Support Site Managers in day‑to‑day operations, including health and safety oversight.
  • Oversee both timber frame and traditional construction activities to meet project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and construction regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in Site Management of new build housing.
  • Competent in timber frame and traditional construction.
  • Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS for Assistants.
  • First Aid at Work qualification (3 Day).
  • CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS).
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Current relevant health & safety and Site Management qualifications.
  • Excellent management skills and a comprehensive understanding of health and safety.
