Responsibilities
  • Lead site operations from groundworks to handover
  • Manage build programmes, quality standards, and budgets
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, technical teams, and local authorities
  • Deliver high‑quality homes that reflect attention to detail and craftsmanship
